Mrs. Lori Bauer
P.E Teacher

About Me
Thank you for visiting my Flint Hill P.E. page!  My name is Mrs. Lori Bauer.  I have been teaching for 22 years.  The first 17 years were spent in a regular classroom setting, teaching first or second grade students to read, think, work with numbers . . . and with one another!  This is my fifth year as a P.E. teacher, and my passion is now to teach students about how their bodies function, the importance of healthy food choices, and the benefits of regular exercise.

When Do Students Come to P.E.?
Students come to P.E. twice a week for 40 minutes, except for Kindergarten students who I see for 20 minutes, four times a week.

I have three very simple, but important rules in my class:

I also have an incentive when ALL students in a class have on SAFE TENNIS SHOES.  Ask your child for details . . . and if they have ever planned a free day in P.E.

My Goal
Finally, my goal as your child's P.E. teacher is NOT to make them star athletes, but instead to teach ALL STUDENTS to love movement, find ways to move that each student can enjoy, and learn about nutrition and food choices so that our next generation has the power and knowledge to live healthy lives!

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions!
